Major projects - Volunteer Online registrations.

Our club undertakes certain major projects every year such as surgical camp at Hemalkasa or else where.

Medical team does their bit, but the Non medical team is also equally important for supporting the medical team, providing logistics support, and handling various other responsibilities for making the project a success.

Volunteers are always needed, and I suggest, such a list of major projects with dates be made available.

Members interested in participating as volunteers should be able to log in and register as volunteers.

This will definitely make things easier, once we know how many people are interested in participating in that particular project.

So, please provide online registration facility.

Suggestions/ feedback to directors or chair persons.

The present year, we have 65 committees headed by Chair persons.

There are many projects which if communicated to their respective chair persons can prove to be valuable.

I suggest that a communication window of this kind be provided through which suggestions/ feed backs can be made to respective chair persons/ directors.

However, the e-mail id & mobile Nos. should be made available only to members, who have logged in for putting these suggestions.

Non members still should be able to post suggestions/ feed back but they should not have access to the e-mail id & mobile No of the chair person/ director.

Thanks for your nice words. List of all the directors, chairpersons and committees is already available on website on 'Board Members' page which can be opened from 'About Us' link at the top.

It's also planned to have list of events available on website.
