Online Report submission format for chair persons.

Question

Every event/ project taken up by the Rotary club, the chair persons have to submit report in the following manner:-

1] Members attended the event, spouse + dependents + guests,
2] Place visited
3] Purpose of the visit vocational, community service, multi committee etc.
4] Photographs

Can we have a format to make the report making easier? Members, spouses, dependents who have attended can be tick marked from the data base available. Guests can be entered.

Total strength can be computed.

Online reports should be made accessible to co-chair persons for editing, director, Secretary & President, as well as to Golden Orange & Media Relations.

This will ensure timely press release as well as required inputs for Golden Orange.
