Rotary web site. A New benchmark

Question

Our club has created a New bench mark with the creation of this New website supplemented by the facebook.

I would suggest that the club organization chart also be displayed on this webpage, so that members can know at a glance, the respective committee chair persons.

Moreover, I feel that for effective communication e-mails & sms should also be made possible through this medium.

The director should be able to send e-mails/ sms to his chair persons through this website. Likewise the chair persons should also be able to send e-mails/ sms through this website to his entire committee.

In a similar manner, Secretary & President should be able to reach out to directors, chair persons or members in multiple layers - as required.

Also events should be posted on this website & interested member should be able to confirm their participation similar to that of facebook.

These are suggestions, website is simply superb.

Thanks for your nice words. List of all the directors, chairpersons and committees is already available on website on 'Board Members' page which can be opened from 'About Us' link at the top.

It's also planned to have list of events available on website.
