Members card for swiping attendance with Name in Bold, Rotary Emblem & Current year theme

Question

Our club members are increasing, with each member during fellowship get togethers etc. the strength is almost 4 times the number of members.

It is the custom of Rotarys to wear the Rotary pin during any project, meeting or get together. A record is also maintained about the attendance, which is done manually.

I suggest, that we get some Identity cards printed having the members name printed in BOLD (large letters) with Rotary Logo + current year's + a Smiley theme on it.

The same card be used to swipe the attendance (electronically) + the card once affixed on the pocket, the members (particularly New members) do not need to introduce themselves at the same time, saves the discomfort to Old as well as New members to give their introduction.

During all projects/ meetings/ get togethers, the cards can be swiped or contact type (proximity type) for recording attendance. This way, we shall have an accurate count (error free) attendance.

Alternate solution is thumb print, this can be used for members, spouse & dependent members.
