Suggestions/ feedback to directors or chair persons.

Question

The present year, we have 65 committees headed by Chair persons.

There are many projects which if communicated to their respective chair persons can prove to be valuable.

I suggest that a communication window of this kind be provided through which suggestions/ feed backs can be made to respective chair persons/ directors.

However, the e-mail id & mobile Nos. should be made available only to members, who have logged in for putting these suggestions.

Non members still should be able to post suggestions/ feed back but they should not have access to the e-mail id & mobile No of the chair person/ director.
